Narendra Bhandari was GM of Azure Cloud success Unit of Microsoft India working with large enterprise customers in their cloud adoption journey. His team worked on Transformation projects helping customer move and or modernize their application base. The team also focussed on building a Data estate path for the customers forming the foundation of their AI adoption.
Prior to this, he was GM of Developer Experience (DX) group at Microsoft India. His team focussed on growth efforts for early stage startups, Mature ISVs and partnering with accelerators to drive adoption and help scale the startup ecosystem. DX also drove the community efforts and adoption of Tools across enterprises.
Narendra was at Intel for 23 years and most recently the Director Asia Pacific and Japan of the Software and Services group. This team was focussed at tech transitions on the Data Center Server platform with ISVs and large key customer workloads, winning several dozen HPC customers with deep tech focus on workload planning and optimizations. The team also worked with several Online Gaming platform backends and search players to drive the Intel Architecture deployment
Joined Intel in 1993 and spent the early years in buildign Chip design tools and working on Processor and Memory Architecture. He also received the Intel Achievement Award (IAA) in 1998 for delivering a high performance 3D Graphics stack on DX6/D3D stack.
Narendra was elected to the NASSCOM Product Council membership, this council is responsible for growth of startup ecosystem in India and help the Growth stage Companies. Narendra also worked at IIT Madras on Telematics infrastructure and project work at CDOT on switching systems.
